KORE Acceptable Use Policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of any services provided by KORE (“Services”), including access to and use of your equipment, any KORE or third-party systems, and KORE’s website at www.korecs.net. The term “Services” in this document shall be construed accordingly. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms shall have the meanings set out in KORE’s Master Service Agreement.
By subscribing for or using any Services, or by accessing KORE’s website, you agree to comply with this AUP, which forms part of your agreement with KORE and applies to all use of the Services and website.
1. General Principles
1.1 You may use KORE’s Services for lawful purposes only.
1.2 You shall not use the Services:
Abuse Reporting: Any phishing or abuse incidents should be reported to abuse [at] korecs [dot] net.
2. Specific Prohibitions
Without limitation of the general principles above, unacceptable use includes, but is not limited to:
2.1 Posting, transmitting, retransmitting, or storing material on KORE’s Products or Services that is:
2.2 Installation or distribution of pirated or unlicensed software.
2.3 Resale of KORE’s Products or Services without express written consent (unless authorised as a reseller).
2.4 Deceptive marketing practices.
2.5 Actions restricting or inhibiting other users’ use of KORE’s Products or generating excessive network traffic unrelated to normal personal or business use.
2.6 Introduction of malicious software into KORE’s network or systems (including viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or similar).
2.7 Security breaches, including unauthorised access to data, servers, or accounts (for example, port scans, flood pings, spoofing, or forged routing).
2.8 Network monitoring intercepting data not intended for you.
2.9 Circumventing authentication or security of any host, network, or account.
2.10 Interference with or denial of service to any user other than yourself.
2.11 Using programs, scripts, or commands designed to disrupt user sessions.
2.12 Failure to comply with KORE’s operational procedures.
2.13 Providing false or fraudulent information on order forms or circumventing monitoring mechanisms.
2.14 Sending unsolicited email or spam, including chain letters or pyramid schemes.
2.15 Harassment via email or other communication.
2.16 Unauthorised or forged email headers or solicitation of email addresses.
2.17 Exporting content in violation of any applicable laws.
2.18 Use of IRC servers or bots connected to public networks for improper purposes.
3. Enforcement
3.1 KORE may, at its discretion, determine whether a breach of this AUP has occurred.
3.2 Breach of this AUP constitutes a material breach of the Master Service Agreement and may result in:
3.3 KORE shall not be liable for any actions taken in response to breaches of this AUP. KORE may take any other reasonable action it deems necessary to enforce this AUP.
4. Amendments
4.1 KORE may revise this AUP at any time by amending this page. You are expected to review the page periodically, as amendments are legally binding.
4.2 Amendments shall automatically take effect 30 days after posting unless you notify KORE of your disagreement. Some provisions of this AUP may also be superseded by other notices or policies published on KORE’s website.
5. Waiver and Severability
5.1 Failure or delay by KORE in exercising any right or remedy under this AUP shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
5.2 If any provision of this AUP is found to be unenforceable, it shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
